Coached practice: drills, skills, scrimmage. Built for adults who never played — or who've been faking a wrist shot since high school.
No scores. No stats. No standings. Show up, play, go home happy. The lowest-stakes hockey in Canada.
Goalies train free or cheap in most programs, plus dedicated goalie spots. Because scrimmage without a goalie is just cardio.
This board is real. When Cambridge says 2 spots, it means 2 humans. Sold out means the group chat is already arguing about jersey numbers.
